More About AptJournalAbuja
Abuja Journal of Philosophy and Theology (APT) was founded in 2010 by the Staff of the National Missionary Seminary of St. Paul (NAMISEM), Gwagwalada, Abuja, NIGERIA.
APT, an annual peer review journal, is guided by the principle of search for and service of truth. It is a platform for studying and understanding God, human person, the Church and the world, in relation to the evangelising mission of the Church, especially in Africa. Hence, the journal welcomes contributions from scholars in philosophy and theology, as well as in the social, and anthropological, sciences.
Aims and scope
One of the aims of the AptJournalAbuja is to create a forum whereby philosophical, theological and socio-political reflections on the African situation can find expression. This aim is partly in response to complaints that one often hears that the peoples of other continents do not have access to the thinking that is going on in Africa especially as it relates to African situations.
